Kaaimans Rental Terms

• Deposit payable on booking.
  
  
• Full rental payable three weeks before arrival date. Should the rental booking be made within 3 weeks of arrival, then full rental payable together with deposit.
  
  
• Cancellation terms low season: Rental 100% refundable if cancellation made more than 21 days before arrival. Rental 50% refundable if cancellation made more than 14 days before arrival. Rental 25% refundable if cancellation made more than 7 days before arrival. Rental 100% payable if cancellation made less than 7 days before arrival date.
  
  
• Cancellation terms high season: Rental 100% refundable if cancellation made more than 28 days before arrival. Rental 50% refundable if cancellation made more than 21 days before arrival. Rental 25% refundable if cancellation made more than 14 days before arrival. Rental 100% payable if cancellation made less than 14 days before arrival date.
  
  
• High Season: 1 December to 15 February & Easter Weekend.
